Scaling to 10 Models Without AI = 10x the Chaos
Every new model means another $2,500/mo chatter. Or one Many-Fans workspace: 10 accounts, per-model AI, team roles, cross-account analytics — zero extra hires.
The Problem
Spreadsheet chaos
Tracking accounts in spreadsheets. No unified view, no real-time data.
No visibility into operators
You don't know what operators are saying. Trust without verification.
Scaling = hiring more people
Every new account means another $2,000/mo employee.

Why This Matters
Fansly agencies live in operational chaos. Ten creators mean ten separate accounts, ten different AI personas, ten content vaults, ten sets of chatters to coordinate, ten different compliance risks, and ten places something can silently break overnight. Most agencies respond by hiring a manager who spends 80% of their week just copying information between systems.
Agency Suite unifies everything into one workspace with proper multi-tenant isolation. Each creator account keeps its own AI persona, vault, CRM, and analytics — no cross-contamination, no "which account am I looking at" confusion. But operators and managers can move between accounts with one click, and agency-level views aggregate what matters: total roster revenue, which accounts are on fire, which are stalled, which chatters are performing.
RBAC is the other unlock. OWNERs see billing and can add creators. OPERATORs can work conversations on their assigned accounts. VIEWERs can read analytics without touching a message. That means you can hire junior chatters without handing them the keys, or invite an accountant without exposing fan conversations. Every agency that has tried to scale past five creators without RBAC has regretted it.
Common Questions
How many creator accounts can I manage on one Agency plan?
The AGENCY plan includes 10 accounts by default. Additional account seats can be added on request; contact support for custom pricing if you run 20+ creators.
Can operators see across all accounts or only assigned ones?
By default operators see only the accounts they're assigned to. This is enforced at the API layer, not just the UI — an operator with access to Model A cannot even query Model B's fans. Agency OWNERs can see everything.
Does each creator have an independent AI persona?
Yes. Each account has its own persona config, tone, boundaries, forbidden topics, voice preferences. Models sharing a manager do not share a personality.
What happens when a creator leaves the agency?
The agency OWNER can offboard a creator, which hands their account data export to them (fans, messages, vault metadata) and disconnects the Fansly session. Nothing is lost and the creator keeps their history.
