These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("user", "you") and Many-Fans ("we", "us") governing your use of the Many-Fans SaaS platform at many-fans.com and the Many-Fans Connect Chrome extension (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept, do not use the Service.
•You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You confirm eligibility at signup and at every use of the Service.
•The Service is a business tool intended for adult content creators and agencies operating on Fansly. It is not available to minors under any circumstances.
•If we discover a user is under 18, we will terminate the account immediately and delete associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
•You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
•You must use our invitation/RBAC system to grant access to team members (operators, viewers, chatters). Sharing a single login with multiple people is prohibited and may result in termination.
•Notify us immediately at support@many-fans.com of any unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
•We may require additional verification for sensitive actions (payouts, account transfer, subscription plan changes).
•Many-Fans is an AI-assisted operating system for Fansly businesses. Features include AI reply drafts, fan CRM and memory, PPV sales suggestions, content vault metadata, business analytics, operator controls, and multi-account management for agencies.
•The Service integrates with Fansly via official APIs accessed using your session token. You authorize this integration explicitly at connection time.
•AI responses are generated by third-party large language models. Output is probabilistic and may contain errors; see Section 8.
•Feature availability depends on your subscription plan. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
•You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Fansly's own Terms of Service and community guidelines.
•Prohibited activities include: impersonating another creator without authorization; sending unsolicited mass messages that violate Fansly's rules; any use intended to deceive fans about their rights, age, or the nature of the Service; violating intellectual property, privacy, or consumer-protection laws; uploading illegal content; using the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any person.
•You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws including consumer-protection, tax, export, sanctions, privacy, and anti-spam laws in every jurisdiction where your fans reside.
•We reserve the right to review AI-generated drafts and content metadata for trust-and-safety purposes and to refuse or remove anything that violates these Terms or applicable law.
•AI drafts are suggestions only. By default the Service runs in approval mode — you review every message before it is sent to a fan. If you enable auto-send mode, you accept full responsibility for messages delivered on your behalf.
•You must not present AI-generated messages as coming from a human in any jurisdiction where such representation violates local law or platform rules. You must configure disclosures appropriate for your jurisdiction and your fans.
•We do not warrant the accuracy, appropriateness, or legal compliance of any AI output. You remain the publisher of every message sent through your account.
•Plans are subscription-based, billed monthly in advance, and paid in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Pricing is displayed on /pricing at the time of checkout and may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
•Free trial: a paid plan with founder onboarding is available to new accounts. At trial end you must select and pay a plan to continue; otherwise account activity may be paused.
•Refunds: crypto transactions are non-reversible on-chain. We may at our discretion issue pro-rated credit toward a future subscription within 7 days of payment if the Service was materially defective and you provide written notice to support@many-fans.com.
•Overages: additional AI-message packs are one-time purchases and non-refundable once consumed.
•Taxes: prices exclude any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of the Service.
•The Service (software, design, trademarks, documentation) is owned by Many-Fans. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own business purposes per these Terms.
•You retain ownership of your content (vault files, fan messages, configuration). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service.
•Feedback: if you submit suggestions or improvements, we may use them without restriction or compensation.
•Do not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or create competing services based on the Service without written permission.
•The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with Fansly's ever-changing platform.
•AI output can be wrong, offensive, or commercially inappropriate. You must review AI-generated content before it affects real fans or real money.
•Fansly integration depends on a third party over which we have no control. Fansly may change, restrict, or block integrations at any time; we are not liable for resulting service degradation.
•To the maximum extent permitted by law, Many-Fans, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Service.
•Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
•These limitations apply whether the liability arises under contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Many-Fans harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and legal fees arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of Fansly's terms or any third-party rights; (d) content you send through the Service; (e) any misrepresentation of age, identity, or authority.
•You may cancel your subscription at any time from the settings page. Cancellation stops future renewals; no refund is issued for the current billing period.
•We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, abusive behavior, or a request from law enforcement or a competent authority.
•Upon termination, your access ends; data is retained and deleted per the Privacy Policy schedule.
•We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be announced by email to registered users and by notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect.
•Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept, cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
•These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Many-Fans is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
•Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support@many-fans.com. If unresolved after 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your local law.
•Entire agreement: these Terms plus the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Many-Fans regarding the Service.
•Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
•No waiver: failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
•Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to an acquirer or successor.
