Getting the most out of Many-Fans

Many-Fans has a lot of moving parts — AI behavior layers, content vault with sell-ladder scoring, 9-section fan CRM, analytics across five tabs, draft approval flow, autonomous mode with guardrails. Here's the order we recommend for new creators: finish the 5-step Getting Started checklist above, then spend the first day in draft-approval mode watching what the AI writes and tuning your persona (tone, forbidden topics, pricing floors). Most creators find their AI matches their voice after 20-30 approved drafts. Only after that do we recommend turning on autonomous mode for standard conversations.

Fansly session management is the most common support question. Sessions typically last two to four weeks depending on your activity level. The Chrome extension refreshes the session token every time you open Fansly in the same browser — so if you're actively using Fansly, the session stays alive. If you've been away for a week, the dashboard shows a yellow warning, and one click on 'Reconnect' prompts you through the extension to log in fresh. Reconnection takes under 30 seconds. During the disconnect window, the AI keeps drafting replies but can't send them — you'll see them queued on the Dialogs tab.

The content vault is where most creators underinvest. Upload at least 30-50 pieces in the first week, tagged by mood (teaser, solo, couple, custom), price tier (free, $10-25 teaser, $25-75 premium, $75+ exclusive), and content type. The AI uses this data to decide what to offer each fan based on their funnel stage and purchase history. A fan in 'desire' stage with a purchase history of $30-50 PPVs will get offered a $35 premium piece, not your $100 exclusive. Vault depth matters more than content quality for the first 90 days.

Analytics has five tabs: Overview, Revenue Attribution, Funnel Stages, Content Performance, and Fan Segments. The one most creators ignore is Funnel Stages — it shows what percentage of your fans are in discovery, interest, desire, objection-handling, offer, and follow-up stages. If 60% of your fans are stuck in 'interest' and not moving to 'desire', your AI is probably being too conservative on PPV offers. Adjust the 'sell aggressiveness' slider in Persona Settings by one notch and check back in three days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my Fansly account safe?

Yes. We use Chrome extension session auth — no passwords are stored. All data encrypted AES-256.

Can I try for free?

Yes! 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card required.

How long does setup take?

About 15 minutes. Install extension, connect Fansly, configure persona, upload content.

What if the AI says something wrong?

Every message goes through draft approval by default. You see it before the fan does.

What languages does the AI support?

English and Russian with automatic detection. More languages planned.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard at any time.

Bot stopped responding — what do I do?

Check your dashboard: 1) Is the bot toggle ON (green)? 2) Check if Fansly session is connected — it expires every 2-3 weeks and needs reconnecting via the Chrome extension. 3) Check the Dialogs tab — some conversations may be flagged for human review.

How do I know the bot is working?

Your dashboard shows real-time stats: messages in queue, recent replies, and bot status (green = active). Check the Dialogs tab to see actual conversations.

Fansly session disconnected — how to fix?

Open your dashboard, click 'Reconnect' or go to Settings. Make sure the Chrome extension is installed and you're logged into Fansly in the same browser. The session refreshes automatically.
