Why This Matters

Most Fansly creators operate on instinct. They feel like Tuesdays are slow, or that a particular type of content pops — but nobody actually knows which content generated which revenue from which fans. Without attribution, every marketing and content decision is a guess. Guesses compound into expensive habits: keep producing content types that don't earn, keep offering prices that under-convert, keep writing to fans who were never going to pay.

Business Analytics gives the whole operation a ledger. Revenue is broken down by source (subscriptions, PPV, tips, custom orders), by fan cohort, by content tag, and by day-of-week and hour-of-day. Fan segments come out automatically: VIPs, Warm, At-Risk, Cold. Content ROI is calculated per file — how much revenue each vault asset earned relative to how many offers it was attached to.

The AI performance tab closes the most valuable loop: it shows you how often the AI's drafts got approved vs edited vs rejected, which kind of messages you overwrote most, and where the draft-to-sale conversion is highest. That feedback then tunes the reply engine's behavior for you specifically. The analytics doesn't just show what happened — it shapes the future.

Common Questions

How far back does analytics go?

From the first day your account is connected to Fansly. We backfill historical data from Fansly's API where available. Retention is unlimited as long as your account is active.

Can I export raw data?

Yes. CSV and JSON exports are available for revenue, fan lists, content ROI, and all dashboards. The exports include per-transaction detail so you can build your own models in a spreadsheet or BI tool.

Is the data real-time?

Revenue and fan data update within 1-2 minutes of the underlying event. AI performance metrics update at each approval action. Aggregated charts (daily, weekly) refresh hourly to avoid noise.

Do agencies see per-creator analytics?

Yes. Each creator account has its own dashboard, and agencies also get a rollup view that aggregates across the roster — total revenue, top performers, underperformers, and comparison filters. Access is governed by RBAC.
